We are so happy to offer a hands on pasta night hosted in your home. Your group makes fresh pasta while our team ensures everything is running smoothly. Your night consists of an appetizer, a salad, your homemade pasta, and a dessert all while we handle the cleanup from start to finish.

Everyone gets involved. Not only are you learning but you are having FUN. We keep it organized, keep it moving, and make sure the food is served at the right moment.

You end up with a dinner that feels restaurant level, all while having a great time in your own home.

THE MENU

Each class includes a complete meal built around fresh pasta. The menu is customized during your consultation.

APPETIZER

A simple seasonal starter to open the evening. I always make and bake fresh sourdough bread as well.

SALAD

Chef’s choice salad using seasonal ingredients.

PASTA

Fresh pasta made by your group and finished properly with a sauce that fits the season.

DESSERT

Chef’s choice dessert to finish the night.

If you would like to add a protein, there is an additional charge per person.
