Why clients book this

The perfect dinner.
None of the work.

Hosting a dinner party sounds great until you're juggling five burners, checking the oven, timing the courses and somehow also supposed to be a good host. By the time you sit down, the night is half over.

When you book a tasting menu, you open the door and the rest is handled. The menu is already written, the shopping is already done, and we arrive hours early so everything is ready the moment your guests sit down.

A completely custom menu written for your occasion

While booking, you fill out a short questionnaire covering your preferences and dietary needs. Then we jump on a quick call and write your menu together. Nothing is generic, nothing is decided without you. Every menu is seasonal and built from scratch for your event.

Everything cooked fresh on-site, nothing reheated

We arrive three hours before service with all our own equipment. Your kitchen stays yours — we just borrow it for the evening. Every dish is cooked to order in front of you. Nothing arrives pre-made, nothing gets reheated.

Each course individually plated and served

Six courses, each one its own moment. Every dish is plated by hand in your kitchen and brought directly to the table. Guests receive each course together, timed so everyone eats at the same time.

Pacing that lets the night breathe

We set the tempo, and we take our cues from the table. Between courses there is time to talk, refill glasses, and settle in. The evening unfolds at the pace of a great conversation, not a restaurant turn.

Your kitchen spotless before we leave

Full cleanup is part of every booking. When the last course is cleared and we walk out, the kitchen is exactly as we found it. You end the night with a full stomach and nothing to clean up.

Good to Know

What does this cost?

The tasting menu is $215 per person with a minimum of 6 guests. Your invoice is provided the day of the event and payment is due at time of service. The price does not include gratuity or applicable sales tax. Everything else is covered: consultation, all ingredients, the full team, printed menus, and cleanup.

What does the menu process look like?

After you book, you fill out a brief questionnaire covering your preferences, dietary needs, and the occasion. From there we get on a quick call and finalize your menu together. Nothing is locked in until you're happy with it. Every menu is seasonal and written from scratch for your event.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, always. Let us know ahead of time about any allergies, intolerances, or preferences and we will work them into the menu without making it feel like a compromise. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and most dietary needs are fully accommodated.

Where do you serve?

We serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau County, Suffolk County, and the Hamptons. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just reach out and we'll confirm. For events outside our standard area, contact us at loomeatery@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

What's included and what costs extra?

Every booking includes a video consultation and menu planning call, a fully custom menu written for your event, all ingredients sourced and purchased by us, all plates, silverware, glassware, printed menus with personalized messages for each guest, all of our own cookware and equipment, complete kitchen cleanup and all supplies, our travel to your location, an unhurried no-rush service pace, and a full team throughout the evening. Bartender service and tablescape styling are available as add-ons.

How do I pay?

Payment is processed through Stripe and we accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and most digital payment methods. Your invoice is provided the day of the event and is due at time of service. Gratuity is not included in the $215 price and is always appreciated but never required. If you would like to leave one, gratuity is accepted in cash or via Venmo. Sales tax is also not included in the base price. Questions? Reach out before you book.

What occasions do you work for?

Anniversaries, birthdays, bachelorette parties, engagements, holiday dinners, corporate events, baby showers, graduations, and really anything where you want the evening to feel genuinely special. There is no wrong occasion for a great dinner.

When should I book?

The earlier the better. Weekend dates and summer evenings fill up quickly. We recommend reaching out at least a few weeks in advance, and further ahead for holidays or the summer season. Check the live calendar to see what is currently available.
