We’re doing this in a Brooklyn brownstone. Ground level, easy in and out, big open room, the kind of space that makes you want to cook. It feels like a friend’s place because it is. I’ll lead the lesson, you’ll get your hands in the dough, and Lenny will wander through like she owns the joint. We call her Sous Chef Lenny. She’s mostly there for quality control.
